Delete your TipSurge account
You can delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how. It applies to the TipSurge Android app (Google Play package name com.tipsurge.app) and the Hitwin Predicts website at hitwinpredicts.com, both operated by KratosNG.
How to delete your account
Choose whichever option applies to you:
- In the TipSurge app: open the app, go to the Profile tab, tap Delete account in the Danger zone, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm the dialog. Your account is deleted immediately.
- On the website: sign in at hitwinpredicts.com/profile, scroll to the Danger zone, click Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
- By email (if you cannot access your account): send a message from the email address registered to your account to support@hitwinpredicts.com with the subject "Account deletion request". We will complete your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account (or ask us to cancel it in your email request).
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your profile and sign-in credentials (email, name, profile picture).
- Your picks, votes, tips history and slips.
- Your points balance and points transaction history.
- VIP entitlements and subscription links attached to your account.
- Your support conversations and messages.
What is kept
To meet legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations, we keep:
- A limited deletion record (your email address and the deletion date), so we can prove the account was deleted and prevent the same person from abusing the Service.
- Payment transaction records (amount, plan, status, payment reference), retained only as long as required by applicable financial and tax law.
- Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you (for example, aggregate tip accuracy).
- Encrypted residual copies in backups, which are purged within 30 days of deletion.
Important
- Deletion is permanent. Deleted data cannot be restored.
- Any remaining points and entitlements are forfeited when the account is deleted.
